AirAsia launches Colombo-Bangkok-Colombo flights, Rs 5,500/490 Bhat one way
AirAsia, has launched daily direct flights from Colombo to Bangkok, starting from a promotional price of Rs 5,500 one way, the airline said this on 6th Jan.,2012. It said the offer is valid for travel between March 1 and October 27, 2012, with the first flight on March 1.
Tassapon Bijleveld, CEO of Thai AirAsia, was quoted as saying that, “We are very excited to open this new route, fares at a very affordable price. As a low-cost carrier, we are committed to keeping our fares low and affordable so that people can spend more money on a great tea plantation, or do more and simply enjoy their time in sri lanka.”.
AirAsia is using its brand new, 180-seat Airbus A320 on this route.

in taiwan everything’s expensive.taiwan isn’t traveller friendly country, they’re snobish like communist mainlander, only praying for money, speaking amoy.you can fly airasia back to jakarta, but cheapest fare would be around 6000 taiwan dollar. or fly tiger airways to singapore at around 3000 taiwan dollars, then from singpoare ferry to bintam island take boat to the nearest port to your home in indonesia….
